User description

Summary

  • Adds SUPPORT.md — the only missing file from the standard GitHub hygiene set after the scorecard/issue-template pass in a8e9e43.
  • Minimal signpost directing users to issues / discussions, with a pointer to SECURITY.md for vulnerability reports.

Test plan

  • Verified all 12 standard hygiene files now present (dependabot, scorecard, PR template, CODEOWNERS, both issue templates, SECURITY, CONTRIBUTING, .editorconfig, .gitattributes, SUPPORT, CITATION.cff).
  • Single file, 14 lines, no code changes.
  • Branched from main; does not touch a8e9e43.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only addition with no runtime or application code changes.

Overview
Adds SUPPORT.md to complete the repo’s GitHub hygiene docs. It tells users where to get help: issues for bugs/features, Discussions for questions, and SECURITY.md for vulnerabilities (no public security issues).

A short Scope section states support is best-effort/community with no SLA.

CodeAnt-AI Description

Add a support page with clear help channels

What Changed

  • Adds a Support page that tells users where to go for bug reports, feature requests, questions, and general discussion
  • Directs security issues to SECURITY.md instead of public issues
  • States that support is community-based and does not include a service-level promise

Impact

✅ Clearer help requests
✅ Fewer public security reports
✅ Easier access to issues and discussions
