The heading level of some headings at the end of the articles seem to be mistakenly increased. In the on-page TOC, these headings are now H2s and at par with "Connecting your network...". In fact, this heading is empty now.

List of ports is missing from SG section. Check the engineering inputs for it. It not provided previously, then ask for it now and update it please.

Format of documenting these details is different for SG region - tabulated and condense. For other regions, the list is flat section with short tables. See https://docs.kore.ai/ai-for-service/channels/voice-gateway/deployment-and-operations#singapore-sg-region
The former approach is better to shorten the article. Also, SG region's table can be a bit more optimized. It seems AI-generated but a better prompt can make it more condensed (less row).

https://docs.kore.ai/ai-for-service/channels/voice-gateway/minimum-system-requirements-and-supported-browsers is a copy-paste without edits! Needs to be completely re-formatted for 1. better style and 2. shorter length. Both articles contain "technical requirements", then why keep them separate?

Inline with our new writing style - short and crisp sentences, consider using AI tool to shorten the content of verbose sections such as this one,

Firewall requirements listed in the other article here does not contain SG region. Ask the team for all regions + merge that info here. Scattered requirements across 2 URLs is not a good user experience.
Also, even if it is separate, the sequence of the regions must be the same to make it easy to scan.
