Applies the license policy: MCP servers/frameworks/engines → Apache-2.0; standalone apps/CLIs → MIT.

🚦 How do rate limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces hourly rate limits for each developer per organization.

Our paid plans include higher PR review limits than trial, open-source, and free plans. In all cases, reviews become available again over time. During sustained high-volume PR review activity, CodeRabbit may temporarily slow when the next review becomes available.

Please see our Fair Usage Limits Policy for further information.

P2 Badge Keep the copyright holder consistent

Changing the canonical LICENSE notice to Simon Gonzalez De Cruz leaves the repository with conflicting license metadata: README.md:91 still advertises MIT — KyaniteLabs, and the repo/package metadata point at KyaniteLabs/Innerscape. For consumers checking license ownership, this commit makes the authoritative LICENSE disagree with the project-facing documentation, so either the README metadata should be updated in the same change or this notice should remain under KyaniteLabs.
