Quick Install:

0. Clone the repo to specktrum
1. Setup virtualenv and python2.7 with virtualenv --python=python2.7 specktrum
2. Be sure to bundle install with the rvm file (make sure sass is on the shell path).
3. cd specktrum/specktrum
4. python app.py should open a server on the localhost:5000

Specktrum is a colour-theming tool created with Flask and Saas. It alows the user to manipulate colours and an example.html file in order to see various layouts and colour styles.
