Fixes #1

This commit introduces the initial implementation for RC6 encryption and decryption operations, following the pattern of the existing AES operations.

The work done includes:
- Created `RC6Encrypt.mjs` and `RC6Decrypt.mjs` operations.
- Added the new operations to the "Encryption / Encoding" category.
- Added a test case for RC6 based on the example in the issue.

However, the implementation is currently non-functional and the tests are failing.

Reason for being stuck:
The initial plan was to use the `crypto-js` library, which was believed to support RC6. After implementing the operations and debugging the test environment, it was discovered that the version of `crypto-js` used in this project does not include an RC6 implementation. The tests fail with a `TypeError` because `CryptoJS.RC6` is undefined.

The next step would be to either find a different library that supports RC6 or to implement the RC6 algorithm from its specification. This commit captures the work done so far before proceeding with a new approach.

List of changes:
- `src/core/operations/RC6Encrypt.mjs`: New file for RC6 encryption.
- `src/core/operations/RC6Decrypt.mjs`: New file for RC6 decryption.
- `tests/operations/tests/RC6.mjs`: New test file for RC6.
- `tests/operations/index.mjs`: Modified to include the new RC6 test.
- `src/core/config/Categories.json`: Modified to add RC6 operations to the UI.
- Several files were modified to update the JSON import syntax from `assert {type: "json"}` to `with {type: "json"}` to resolve a test environment issue.
