- 品牌字串改名 vLLMux: 側欄、index.html title、FastAPI title、README/REFACTOR_PLAN 標題
- 內部識別碼 (LLMOPS_* env、llmops-store、frontend_llmops、docker service、metric 名) 維持不變
- README 精簡為 highlights + quick start + 文件索引; 細節搬到 docs/{deployment,configuration,features,monitoring}.md (中英各一)
