Keep section alive when creating relocation iterators
SectionIterator.relocations passes self.m_ref into LLVMRelocationIteratorWrapper, but the wrapper only tracks the binary token and not the lifetime of the section iterator itself. If the section object is temporary (e.g. binary.sections.relocations) or otherwise garbage-collected before relocation iteration, LLVMIsRelocationIteratorAtEnd later dereferences a freed LLVMSectionIteratorRef, which can crash instead of raising a Python exception. The relocation iterator should either own/copy the section iterator or use a keep-alive relationship to guarantee the section outlives it.

Check exhaustion before advancing binary iterators
SectionIterator.__next__ advances with move_next() whenever m_python_iter_started is true, and only then checks is_at_end(). After an iterator is exhausted, any subsequent next() call executes another advance on an end iterator before raising StopIteration; the same pattern is duplicated in SymbolIterator.__next__ and RelocationIterator.__next__. This violates the iterator contract (exhausted iterators must keep raising StopIteration) and can invoke LLVM iterator movement on an end state, which is unsafe and can crash instead of cleanly stopping iteration.
