docs: add project banner to README#1

docs/banner.pngand shows it at the top of the README, replacing the 96px icon that the banner now supersedes.The banner reuses the app's own palette from
qml/Theme.qml(bg#1e1f22, surface#2b2d30, accent#3574f0) and reproduces the countdown ring from the home screen.
