fix(headers): include config macros in utils aggregator - #70

Ensure <logit/utils.hpp> pulls configuration macros before enums so the header stays self-contained.
Provide an argument name when emplacing into LogRecord args_array so the VariableValue constructor matches and the self-contained include test builds on GCC and Clang.
