• map trialLimitReached to the existing subscription exit code 3
• document non-retry remediation for exhausted reverse trials
• update @linkedapi/node to 2.3.3
• bump @linkedapi/linkedin-cli from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4

Impact

CLI and AI-agent consumers can distinguish trial exhaustion from a generic infrastructure error and stop retrying.
