…y repo to a module. Rewrote checks to use SailingUtil functions where possible. Updated to use a ImmutableSet of wreck objects rather than a range of object IDs. Updated crewmate name checker to use the table in the DB rather than a hardcoded list.

Added Salvaging notification plugin code from my repo to a module, I'll be removing the pull request for my plugin into runelite and submit any upgrades to the sailing plugin when I have any (or if things break).
Adds some basic notifications for AFK salvaging, and a small UI to help track things.
