Hi! I love what you've done with NextUI. I'm putting some changes I've made for my own personal devices into this PR. Feel free to ignore if you don't feel the changes align with your vision.
I've added a couple of settings in the Frontend: Audio Buffer Size and Audio Buffer Headroom. While playing rhythm games and platformers I've noticed that audio latency is noticeably higher than my (admittedly higher end) other devices.
These options offer the user the ability to tweak the options to their liking. The defaults remain the same as they were on the base firmware, but if adjusted a bit they can meaningfully reduce audio latency with the tradeoff of higher CPU usage or potential crackling at aggressive settings.
