This is the minimal change to fix the tableau for the Tsit method. Given that I haven't yet found any advantage in using Tsit over DOPRI, I think we can leave it at that for now. (I have another branch which enables runtime switching, but it's a fair amount of code and right now I don't think we'll ever use it.)
