Welcome to the MASAI-concierge-iOS-app wiki!

The MASAI Concierge App allows the user to manage all relevant trip information in just one app. All bookings are listed in the app. The user can directly view the details of the respective trip sections.

After registration with first name, last name and email address, the user can directly open a chat with the travel service provider. It is also possible to send/receive files.

To use all functions of the app, the user has to enter all information in a "Travel folder" and grant the agent access to the travel folder if necessary. The agent can compile the travel requests according to the customer's stored preferences and, if necessary, book them.

If the agent makes a travel booking for the user, these will be displayed in the travel folder.

The trip is divided into segments and sorted by date and time. The customer can then view his itiner-ary via the app.

The travel folder can be accessed via the app menu "Profile". The MASAI Concierge App is available for iOS versions => 10.

If the app is installed on multiple devices, they are synchronized.
