Replace the monolithic arviz dependency with the new modular packages (arviz-stats, arviz-plots) to eliminate FutureWarning emitted on import. Updates arviz.summary() -> arviz_stats.summary() in fitting.py and arviz.plot_posterior() -> arviz_plots.plot_dist() in visualization.py. Also adds CLAUDE.md with project guidance. This PR adds an initial
