npc folder done for now, excluding things kinda dependant of social links like the mutatsu minigame stuff which i don't wanna do until i go over the community files as well, all the shinji comatose dialogue, some romance stuff for the guys and stuff that depends on unreal engine (like adding the aki fangirl and the kotone simp)
including my pr from yesterday with the kyoto files that's 68 files
