there were lines missing cause they were added in p3r updates after the mod started and I was working off of old text files

all three of aigis's dorm garden events we wrote a while back. both pre-january and post-january versions. these only needed text changes
added koromaru's tv events too actually
and added velvet room text to match the current version of p3r instead of launch version
also changed 'theodore' to 'theo' in the narration in the quest descriptions
