Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing certain issues with the plugin, especially when the menu bars do nothing, first we'll check our system requirements:

• Sketch 3.91 or above (previous versions available at changelog)
• OSX El-Capitan or above

If your setup meets the requirement, we can go through this checklist for troubleshooting.

1. Please Uninstall Manually
2. Install without using Sketch Toolbox (download page)
3. Try Reactivate Pro Version
4. Try Running Plugin in Safe Mode

If none of the procedure works, and you can go through the issues page. If you believe it's something new, please report a new issue, file a bug report with your system info :)
