Refactor UI to match Dia web browser design#2

- Add glassy background and adjust dimensions in `TabStrip.tsx` and `AddressBar.tsx`. - Update `Sidebar.tsx` to match the Dia aesthetic: 4-column pinned apps grid, rename 'Workspaces' to 'Spaces', update flow item styling, and redesign bottom action buttons. - Update CSS variables for Dia theme layout properties.
