Updated the F-Droid badge source and added an IzzyOnDroid store link and badge.
- Explicitly removed `READ_PHONE_STATE` permission from AndroidManifest.xml. - Updated `compileSdk`, `minSdk`, and `targetSdk` to use assignment syntax in build.gradle files.
Moved decimal format and output scale initialization earlier and added range coercion to seekbarProgress setter.
