Bug: Error Handling Inconsistency in Validation
Inconsistent error handling in apps/server/src/pipelines.ts: validation failures for invalid or disabled connections (lines 72, 76) now return error strings instead of throwing exceptions. This causes the workflow to incorrectly treat these strings as valid connectionId values, leading to continued execution with invalid data. Other validation errors (e.g., line 62) still throw exceptions, creating inconsistent behavior.

Bug: Null Thread Handling Causes Upsert Failures
The error handling for a null thread embeddingVector was changed from throwing an error to returning console.error(). Since console.error() returns undefined, the function now silently continues execution with an invalid vector, causing subsequent upsert operations to fail or behave unexpectedly.
