Use appropriate branding for nightly, alpha, release channels and set branding-specific names and install paths. makensis can now be called with the -DCHANNEL=$channel argument to select the channel. Patch from Richard Pospesel <richard@torproject.org>.

i snuck in some UI fixes: TBB is now called TB; icon is now 'installed' as well so shortcuts are not as ugly as they used to be.
