I realized today to have wasted two days because of those comments being completely wrong.
@clnhlzmn If they only merged your PR, I could save a huge amount of time instead of debugging the handshake with the oscilloscope. Thank you anyway. I was going to the PR myself and discovered yours just now.

Yeah it is strange they wouldn't merge it, or at least give comment. Must not be paying attention here.

This is supposed to be the official repo of the library to drive their chipset, right?
I found their behavior very worrying.

Yes I believe that's true. For what it's worth I don't recall finding any other issues with this library. Everything seemed to work as advertised. I had a good experience talking with them on the phone too, if you need some support I recommend just giving them a call if you haven't already.
