fix: tighten menu-bar dropdown spacing and make Settings/Quit text-only - #47

- Dropdown vertical margins: top 6->3pt, bottom 6->2pt. - 1pt more space above the Settings row. - Quit sits flush under Settings, matching consecutive peripheral rows. - Drop the gear/power icons from the Settings and Quit rows (text-only).
