Adds Secant Agent Research Pack, a live x402-paid web research API with OpenAPI, agent-card, and remote MCP discovery for autonomous agents.

Cross-posting the current public no-payment readback because this listing points at the same live Secant Agent Research Pack surface:

Current result: no obvious launch-readiness findings from the sampled public probes.

Verified from the public surface:

• /.well-known/x402.json returns 200 JSON with standard services[] and resources[] entries.
• The sampled paid endpoints, including /codex/jobs, returned structured x402 402 before execution.
• Browser preflight from https://agentic.secantoutreach.com allows payment-related headers.
• Sampled 402 challenges use Cache-Control: private, no-store.

No payment headers, wallet signatures, credentials, API keys, or paid calls were used.

Readiness update: the same live Secant Agent Research Pack surface has the optional discovery polish in place now. Both https://agentic.secantoutreach.com/.well-known/x402 and https://agentic.secantoutreach.com/llms.txt return 200, and the canonical manifest/OpenAPI/payment-gated endpoints remain live. From my side this PR is ready for maintainer review/merge.
