This pull request updates the configuration for the operational forecaster in
config/forecasters-ich1-oper-fixed.yaml. The main changes involve updating the forecast date range and modifying file paths for baseline and truth data sources.rootpath for theICON-CH1-EPSbaseline from/store_new/mch/msopr/ml/ICON-CH1-EPSto/scratch/mch/cmerker/ICON-CH1-EPS. This is a temporary fix waiting for @jonasbhend to be back.truthsection to use therootfield instead ofanalysis_zarr, aligning the field name with other sections and maintaining the same data path.
