Fixing Authorlist name control

Implemented biblatex removing natbib, allowing for author list number control.

Template now uses APS style by default according to http://ctan.math.illinois.edu/macros/latex/contrib/biblatex-contrib/biblatex-phys/biblatex-phys.pdf
The only modification is the maximum 1 author name, which some may which to extend.

I attempted to allow the jpc formatting to remain, but overleaf was uncooperative. The closest formatting which is likely to be similar is chem-acs from the American Chemical Society. If jpc was the Journal of Physical Chemistry A||B||C then it should be a drop-in replacement for the jpc format. Which becomes the default in the template does not matter much. The important difference was the natbib to biblatex conversion.
