Our Core Grants program is primarily focused on supporting foundational proposals that enable developers to create new applications on top of Mina. Given this focus, the Mina Navigators program might be a more suitable fit for your launch pad initiative.

Hey,
ZKPass is still not developed yet, we have some teams who will be submitting proposals for this in the upcoming days.

ZKPass will be available from Mina wallets and is not behind a paywall. If your team is interested you can also submit a proposal.
