Core metrics for measuring program success:

Completion rate
- How many finish 6 weeks? How many stay an additional 2 weeks?
Involvement rate
- How many alumni give back after the program?

Methods

Pre/Post surveys:

"How confident are you in your ability to learn something new?"
"Assessment of other people’s potentials"
