- Add OTel Log Signal support: UILogger, UILoggerProvider, auto log events for lifecycle, navigation, and errors
- Create FlutterSemantics enums file for Flutter-specific attribute keys (proposed OTel spec additions), replace all raw strings with enum refs
- Fix long-running traces: pass Context.root to all auto-instrumented spans so each event starts an independent trace instead of chaining
- Fix navigator observer: safe Page cast, correct didRemove/didPop tracking
- Fix Timer.periodic leak: store and cancel flush timer on reset()
- Fix all tests: use SimpleSpanProcessor to avoid gRPC/FakeAsync conflicts
- Rewrite README with comprehensive docs for all three signals
- Version 0.4.0, re-export SDK/API semantic types
