GrowthRecord、数据库 version 3、真实成长逻辑或 Meditation 功能。现有任务、计时、备份和 History 数据行为保持不变。用户影响
StudyFlow 的核心页面现在具有更安静、自然、克制且有呼吸感的统一视觉，同时维持任务信息密度和操作清晰度。Focus 的植物目前是视觉氛围元素，后续成长系统阶段再接入真实会话进度。
