fix: update lucide-react icons to current API#682

Replace deprecated icon names (Code, SquareTerminal, KeyRound, GitCompareArrows) with current lucide-react equivalents (CodeXml, Terminal, Lock, GitBranch). Also adjust icon size from h-3.5 to h-4 in ViewSwitcher for consistency.
