Feat/navbar UI ux improvement

What This PR does:::

• Added the shared navbar to the README Maker page.
• Removed the duplicate local logo/theme toggle from the README Maker header area.
• Removed the “README Maker / Create and preview your README below” text.
• Fixed preview badge wrapping so badge rows don’t overflow horizontally.
• Fixed the top README Maker toolbar so buttons don’t spill out on smaller screens.
• Expanded the Preview / Raw MD tab area and made the lower action buttons take more width.
• Attempted a README Maker-only glassmorphism treatment, but that was reverted (just giving a try, but didn't look good), so it is not present now.

the issue have been solved and the responsiveness and layout of the hamburger menu is not changed
