The Usage section was merged into Installation (which already has a
"Run Command / Usage Instructions" field), but its entry in the
SECTIONS array in readmeforge.js was never removed. This caused the
sidebar to skip from section 5 to section 7.
Removed the unused usage entry from SECTIONS array.
