changed the title
MonoMod RuntimeDetour throws NotImplementedException on ARM64 Linux because LinuxSystem doesn't support that architecture. Replace the On.Terraria.Net.NetManager.SendToClient hook with TShock's built-in ServerApi.Hooks.NetSendNetData which is IL-woven and works on all platforms.
