Vite cleanups

Hi, I am preparing a cleanup of your vite config and project structure. It is not yet finished, though.

In sum, I did the following:

• adapt the CI job to build the project
  • do this on every push, but only publish on main
• strip down the vite config to its most basic form
• remove the dist folder from the repo as it contains artifacts
• move static content into the public folder
• force usage of npm and drop yarn stuff
• add npm script for prettier and applied it
