A Balatro mod that adds a Voucher (Negative Bargain) that makes Negative Jokers 3X more common (~on pair with Polychrome).
Negative Bargain costs $12 and is unlocked from the get-go.
Steammodded (1.0 and up) and Lovely (0.6 and up) is REQUIRED.

Installation:
Simply extract the archive from the "Releases" tab to %appdata%\Balatro\Mods\NegativeBargain folder.
