The Gerudo Fortress Leader who gives your the Gerudo Membership Card has a visual glitch in that her tunic color is the same of that of Link. Using a bomb can make her even flash for a sec. This got fixed with PAL 1.1 and newer.
This PR forces the PAL 1.1 fix on all revisions.
