…w endpoint Use CATALOG_S3_BUCKET env var (set by load_creds) instead of hardcoded "edfs-data" bucket. Also fall back to ENVIRONMENT env var when ICEFABRIC_DEPLOY_ENV is not set, and add "oe" to prod conditions.
