This PR adds forcing engine config files for 7 medium range lagged ensemble members and adds a limit to the maximum number of GFS files downloaded during a lagged ensemble run based on the InputHorizon.

Additions

  • Add 7 new forcing engine config files for lagged ensemble medium range members.
  • Add limit on target hours for GFS downloads based on input horizon
