… adopted - Commission referred Ireland, Spain, France and the Netherlands to the CJEU over NIS 2 non-transposition (July 2026 infringement package, IP/26/1499). - Netherlands adopted the Cyberbeveiligingswet (NIS 2) plus the CER law on 7 July 2026, in force 15 August 2026, mandatory registration via mijn.ncsc.nl from then. - Registered the EC press corner as a source; updated the NL registration portal (planned -> pre-registration, entry into force 15 Aug 2026, notes + trackerNotes).

Two validated Tier 1 events since 2026-07-06: the Commission's CJEU referral of Ireland, Spain, France and the Netherlands over NIS 2 non-transposition (IP/26/1499), and the Dutch adoption of the Cyberbeveiligingswet (in force 15 August 2026). Registered the EC press-corner source and updated the NL registration portal. Skipped the speculative DE KRITIS-Dachgesetz date and the AI-focused ENISA paper.
