- Add Graybeard health check (port 18802) to update-dashboard.sh - Introduce 'peers' object in staff.json for all peer agents - Refactor loadStaff() to iterate over peers dynamically - Maintain backward compatibility with legacy 'newhart' key - Give Graybeard a distinct gray gradient avatar (GB) - Filter graybeard from sub-agents list (shown as peer) - Update agents table: set home_dir and unix_user for graybeard
- Fix Newhart's port from 18800 to 18700 (port 18800 is now Graybeard's gateway) - Add Graybeard health check (HTTP on port 18800, fall back to pgrep -u graybeard -f "openclaw") - Add graybeard object to staff.json output with status, port, user, dashboardUrl - Update dashboard/index.html to render Graybeard card as primary staff card - Update root index.html peerMeta to show Graybeard as 'Peer Agent • Full Instance' - Update Newhart role from 'NHR Agent' to 'Peer Agent • Full Instance'

Adds Graybeard as a peer agent alongside Newhart on the dashboard. Fixes Newhart port from 18800 to 18700 (port 18800 is now Graybeard's gateway).
