Move
extension_pointfrom CUDA-QX to CUDA-Q. This type is used throughout the libraries for creating a dynamic plugin / factory pattern for interface types. It is an improvement over the current pattern incommon/Registry.hin that it allows specification of factory creation constructor arguments types.
