Adds 11 fully translated .xml files with 2 more being only partially localized (feature/smart-config and feature/tutorial). No other files outside were changed.
I still couldn't figure out the usage of gradle in Termux even after 4 months, so I didn't test it for workability. The localization isn't full because I gave up on my initial idea to make it that way (and gave up on translating further until today). Not releasing my work for 4 months was a bad decision since I stopped the flow of potentially motivated contributors by making a dead promise. If somebody will want to continue the translation they'll finally be able to do that more easily.
