Fix #399
There are a few < 20 positions left that I could not get to work. I have now removed those, due to automatic generation I can easily get them back for future work. I have validated the output against the Dutch profile correct and invalid usage, such as the examples in this repository. This would certainly give a benefit for future validation.
The validation pipeline also spotted several invalid examples, removed or disabled in the last commit.
