A Chrome extension which removes those annoying Google ads and shopping banners from the search.
⚠️ This currently only works with google.de and google.com domains. If you wish to be able to use this extension on your local google.* domain you can create a pull-request for the manifest.json where you can add it to the matches section of the content scripts.
- Clone this repository to your machine.
- Open Chrome (or any other Chromium based browser) and go to the
chrome://extensions page
- Enable developer mode and click on
Load upacked
- Select the folder of the cloned repository and click open.
- Congratulations, you now have a ad free Google search.
