Use
registry.gitlab.steamos.cloud/steamrt/sniper/sdk:latestdocker container for Linux builds.Sadly, it's impossible to use
containerwithmatrix, so the build job is now split intolinux-buildandwindows-build.gamedata-genURL will be updated after merge of this PR.Toolchain
