Added basic support for MoP Classic (WOW_PROJECT_ID, toc-Interface, rcluacheck). Created a new case for channeling spell ticks for MoP Classic. Added new spells, deleted old spells and updated spell IDs of channeling spells with ticks in MoP Classic.
