This PR updates the GitHub Actions workflow for publishing the npm package to support modern npm provenance/attestations and improve workflow organization.
Changes:
- Moved permissions from job level to workflow level
- Added
id-token: writepermission for npm provenance support - Removed
pull-requests: writepermission (not needed for publish workflow) - Renamed job from "build" to "publish" for better clarity
