fix: polish embedded WebUI layout

• fix embedded Persona page overflow with module-specific responsive layout and long-text wrapping
• stabilize embedded memory/knowledge graph canvas layout, reducing corner crowding and harsh motion
• make dependency install action visibly busy, surface output/errors, and accept legacy Plugin Page confirmation payloads
• bump release metadata/docs to 3.2.3
